Hohhot started inspection on IPR law enforcement

Recently, Hohhot Municipal Intellectual Property Office in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region commenced an inspection on the law enforcement of the special campaign.
More than 30 species of goods within 6 categories were subject to the inspection, especially the inspection of patent marking and patent validity. According to the on-site inspection, most goods remained qualified in patent protection except individual goods irregularly marked. During the inspection, law enforcement staff explained to managers and administrators of the supermarket patent-related knowledge and the necessity of IPR protection in goods circulation field. Managers and administrators of the supermarket pledged to strictly monitor their in-put goods and cut off counterfeits at source to protect consumers' legal rights.
