A symposium on IPR talents cultivation was jointly organized by the China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and Beijing Intellectual Property Office in Beijing IPR Service Center, also known as Beijing 12330, in a bid to implement the national medium and long term program on talents training and cultivate more IPR professionals.

During the meeting, a chief from the Personnel & Education Department of SIPO and the deputy director of Beijing Intellectual Property Office shared their progress on high-level talents training and outlined their working plan in the second half year respectively.
