"Brand Imitation" Breeds Trouble, Infringement Dispute of Septwolves Settled

Due to use of similar trademark on shoes sold of Septwolves which caused confusion among the consumers, the worldwide famous clothes and accessories brand COACH filed a lawsuit against Septwolves, claiming 2 million yuan for damage.

On April 25, the court ruled that Septwolves stopped its conduct which infringed the registered trademark of COACH and compensated COACH 200,000 yuan for damage within ten days upon the day the finding came into force, rejecting COACH's other claims.

Before the release of the news, the reporter has repeatedly tried to contact the right defense department of Septwolves, but there is no response so far.
