According to the "Regulation on Complaint Letters and Visits" of the State Council and the "Measures for the Administration of Administrative Law Enforcement in Cultural Market" of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Culture officially opened the 12318 National Cultural Market Report Website (www.12318.gov.cn) on April 26. The 12318 Website mainly accepts reports of entertainment places, commercial performance, artistic work, cybercafes, online games and online music from the public. The public can directly log in the site and then complete the reporting information. The Ministry of Culture will arrange officials to deal with the reports in the background, launch direct investigation according to the specific conditions or transfer them to provincial cultural administrative departments and cultural market comprehensive enforcement agencies for investigation.
