Heilongjiang: Shuangyashan to motivate enterprises to file patent applications

The number of patent applications in Shuangyashan, a city in Heilongjiang Province, has amounted to 10 thousand since 1985, according to information from a conference on motivating enterprises to file patent applications, attended by heads of over 20 enterprises with patented technology, convened in the city on April 11.

In 2010, the number of patent applications in the city ranked the second in the province.In 2011, the city plans to motivate production enterprises to file 150 patent applications, encourage 10 enterprises to file their first-ever patent applications, launch 10 projects on patent transformation and build 5 patent demonstration enterprises.
