Yunnan: action on curbing IPR infringement confirmed

From October 2010 to March 28, 2011, the prosecution bodies in Yunnan Province accepted 23 examination and arresting cases with 47 suspects involved and gave official approval to arrest 33 suspects; the enforcement organs also heard 21 examination and prosecution cases with 39 persons involved and instituted proceedings against 37 persons in 21 cases. The achievements Yunnan Province made during the campaign against IPR infringement were fully affirmed by the supervision group of the State Council.
