Guangdong: Shenzhen constituted measures to regulate online trademarks

According to the latest bulletin of Shenzhen municipal government, the city has worked out measures to develop Shenzhen into a national trademark demonstration city.

Shenzhen plans to amend the approaches on the management of the city’s special funds on intellectual property rights (IPR) to cover trademark-related issues in the future. The market supervision administration of Shenzhen will cooperate with the municipal administrations for legal affairs, finance and IPR to constitute the management measures to regulate online trademarks to ensure the Ecommerce development.
