2011/01/27

Xining Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce has recently launched the second “100–day” enforcement actions to combat intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement and manufacture and distribution of fake and shoddy commodities.

By keeping a close watch on suspects and making full use of "12315" hotline, officials in the Administration have comprehensively collected sufficient information on suspected IPR infringement and have handled several serious cases. During the actions, four trademark infringements were discovered; garments, handbags and shoes valuing at 231.2 thousand yuan have been seized.
