Baidu wins the case of suing 360 against unfair competition in the first instance and sentenced to be compensated 385 thousan

The case between Baidu v. 360 recently had the first trial in Beijing Second Intermediate Court. In the first instance, the Court found that Qizhi Software (Beijing) Co., Ltd and Beijing Sanji wireless networks Co., Ltd constituted unfair competition and sentenced the two companies to stop infringement, publish a statement to eliminate the effects and compensate the plaintiff for reasonably litigation charge and economic losses totaling 385,000 Yuan.

  The court found that the defendant claimed Baidu toolbar and address bar as "adverse comments plug-in" in their 360 website; false describe the software and mis-led users to delete. All the above mentioned action constitutes unfair competition.
