　　AQSIQ clearly requires the quality supervision agencies at all levels combining the Inspection and Quarantine e-business application management system to promote, establish and improve the system of certificates of origin storage, receiving and verification, strictly control the "export "of blank certificates of origin; spot checks export enterprises on purchasing and using of blank certificates of origin and prevent fraudulent use of a blank certificate of origin.
