Tian Lipu participated the Third Mayor Forum on IPRs and Urban Development

In the morning of 22nd November, the third "Mayor Forum on Intellectual Property Rights and Urban Development" jointly sponsored by SIPO, People's Government of Chengdu and Sichuan Intellectual Property Office opened in Chengdu. More than 200 representatives from the World Intellectual Property Organization, national ministries, national leadership, universities and so on attended.

　　According to Wang Binying, Deputy Director General of WIPO, China's investment in knowledge innovation has been ranked third in the world only after the United States and Japan, which marks a significant step forward towards strong IP power.
