Traditional medicine first wins Golden Patent Award

Recently, the twelfth Conference of China Patent Awards was held in Beijing, which selected 15 projects for Golden Patent Award and 5 Golden Design Awards. It is learnt that the patent for Buchang Danhong injection is the only Chinese traditional medicine patent wining gold medal in this session. It is also the first Chinese medicine product winning golden award since the implementation of drug patent protection in China.
