State Council Promulgates Customs Issues Guarantee Provisions

2010/10/21

General Office of the State Council recently promulgated Customs Issues Guarantee Provisions, which will come into effect as of January 1st, 2011( ‘ the Provisions). The Provisions aims to regulate guarantee for customs issues , improve clearance efficiency and ensure customs supervision and management. Article 9 of the Provisions specifies the conditions when the Provisions will be applied.
