Wen Jia Bao-Foreign-funded Enterprises Enjoy the Same Treatment as the Domestic Ones

Summer Davos Forum was opened in Tianjin on 13th September. Premier Wen Jiabao attended the opening ceremony and made a speech, stating that all the foreign companies registered in China enjoy the same treatment as the domestic ones in the aspects of independent innovation, government procurement and intellectual property protection. He also explained that the recent discussions on these issues are not sheer misunderstandings of foreign companies since the ambiguous Chinese policies are also partly to blame.
