Chinese Acupuncture has Officially Applied for World Intangible Cultural Heritage---Undersecretary of Ministry of Health

Twelve schools of Chinese medicine, including Strengthening Yang School and Xin’an Medicine,　gathered in Guangdong and voiced different opinions on the development of Chinese medicine on Zhujiang Forum. The Ministry of Health is planning to apply for World Intangible Culture Heritage for Chinese Acupuncture and the application plan has been submitted,　according to Wang Guoqiang, Undersecretary of Ministry of Health and director of State Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau.
