Eight Departments Issued a Joint Notice to Strengthen Guangzhou Asia Games IP Protection Work

Notice of Strengthening the IP Protection Work of Guangzhou Asia Games of 2010 was recently jointly issued by SIPO, ICO, Ministry of Public Security, SAT, SAIC, NCA, SGAS and SPP (the ‘Notice’). The Notice requires departments concerned to carry out IP protection work in reference to the successful experience from the Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai Expo and coordinated with other regions, with Guangzhou as the center and Guangdong province as the focus.
