Sichuan: Nanchong Identifies 20 S&T Innovation Enterprises

On September 17, it is learnt from Nanchong Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology that, the city identified 10 S&T innovation-oriented enterprises and 10 S&T growth enterprises for the first time to drive the comprehensive development of the hi-tech industries, and the 20 enterprises will have priority in fund supports of patent application and project establishment. According to related requirements, based on enterprises' application and recommendation of S&T department, the city identified 10 S&T innovation-oriented enterprises and 10 S&T growth enterprises. All the 20 enterprises have stronger economic strength, better economic benefits and better R&D conditions, and have or control keys of products and independent IPRs of core technologies.
On the afternoon of September 16, over 30 S&T enterprises gathered and made communications on carrying out the pilot and model of S&T innovation-oriented and growth enterprises, further promoting the development of industrial economy and enhancing enterprises' independent innovation.
