The case on dispute between www.ku6.com and www.youku.com begin a court secession

The first video website "visit" case concerning the FIFA World Cup began the court hearing in Beijing Haidian Court yesterday. The highest visit of 399 million during the World Cup announced by Ku6.com is pointed as false by Youku.com. Ku6.com claimed the other side slander attack due to no broadcasting rights and jealousy. The World Cup opening match in South Africa in Evening of 11th June of this year is the fuse of dispute between the two video sites. Ku6.com said they are the only authorized access to cntv.com for online synchronizing broadcasting. Under the third-party monitoring at that night, the highest visit reached 387 million and the daily maximum got 399 million during the World Cup. After the publication, this figure attract discontent from Youku.com who doubt the number as unreal.
