The copyright dispute between Sohu.com and Tudou.com resurges

Sohu.com recently announced the indictment against another video site Tudou.com, and Tudou.com is also ready for a counterclaim. Sohu.com lodged a complaint for the broadcasting piracy of the popular TV play "Du Lala Getting Promoted" by Tudou.com to Shanghai Pudong New area court. The two video sites made uncompromising argument on the copyrights of "myth" and "Du Lala Getting Promoted". Tudou.com once brought copyrights of the “myth” at the beginning of this year while sohu.com brought that of "Du Lala Getting Promoted". The un-result exchange between the two sides due to scheduling, advertising and other causes is the direct reason for this dispute.
