Chen Deming, minister of ministry of Commerce Of P.R.C stressed on 14th, innovation of foreign enterprises in China is "Chinese innovation" and its R & D institutes enjoy the same support policies. Products from Foreign enterprises in China are "Made in China". As long as the added value in China reaches more than 50% are regarded as "local products." During a meeting with Leuthard, Swiss President and Minister of Economic Affairs Chen Deming made the remarks that the attitude of Chinese government towards joining the GPA is serious & positive. China's GPA accession negotiation depends not only on China, but also on other GPA members. China submitted a revised bid to the WTO Secretariat on July, hope that all parties in the negotiations take flexible and pragmatic attitude to reach a satisfactory and balanced outcome for all parties as soon as possible.
