August 9, with the idea of green carbon, "Eco-Optics Valley," one of Expo top ten science and technology highlights got the official acceptance and approval from experts who unanimously agreed that this active optical transformation system on the roof of city in the future is initiative in China. It is a green carbon products and changed lighting model in the dark places and basement where only electric lighting model can be adopted.
According to Zhang Ming, P.I.C of this project and associate professor of Tongji University, the introduction of active optical system naturally, by sunlight collection, lead sunlight into indoors for lighting. In addition, the active optical system also provides a key technology to the solar thermal & solar power collecting system.
