First GIS Platform Product Supporting Cloud Architectures Presented

ESRI company formally presented its new product Arc GIS 10 recently. As the first GIS platform product which can truly support cloud architectures, Arc GIS 10 greatly enhances the 3D modeling, editing and analytic capacities, integrates remote sensing with geography value and realizes the shift from 3D space to 4D time-space. More importantly, it realizes the shift from space information sharing to space information synergy. The development of Arc GIS 10 is known to have taken 3 years and costs $ 300 million.
