Training class on patent analysis and early-warning held

Days ago, State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) held the first training class on patent analysis and early-warning personnel. More than 80 people concerning the related research projects attended the training. Deputy Director of SIPO Gan Shaoning was present at the closing ceremony and made a speech.
