Tianjin "Jingwu" trademark not registered

2010/07/01

It is learnt from Wuhan Lingdian Foods Company that, judged by the Trademark Review and Appraisal Board of State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC), the application of Jingwu trademark and the logo for the commodities concerning cooked duck neck, cooked duck and cooked duck numbles of Tianjin Jingwu Livestock Breeding Company was not approved, which means that Wuhan company successfully maintained its rights through the five years' fight.
