The Quxu County Government of Lhasa set aside 10 mln Yuan to build 523 watermelon greenhouses in 10 areas with an average quarterly sale volume of 12,000 Yuan and the net income of 8,000 Yuan.

The local department concerned is applying for the registration of the trademark "Xinsai Watermelon" in a bid to establish an exclusive key local product of the Quxu County.
