It is learnt from the General Administration of Customs that, since the implementation of IP Strategy for two years, the customs in the whole country totally captured about 83,000 batches of IP infringing products, and the values were over 700 million yuan.

It is introduced by related principal of the General Administration of Customs that, the Outline of National IP Strategy was implemented on June 5, 2008. The customs strengthened the cooperation with the public security departments to put forward detailed measures on enhancing the law enforcement. Meanwhile, the customs also strengthened the IP protection in the tache of import and export, initiatively provided more convenient IP filing services, helped enterprises to solve the difficulties in right maintenance and provided services for the independent innovation of enterprises.
