First Shanghai Expo logo infringement case thwarted

Two thousand labels from Italy, printed with 2010 Shanghai World Expo emblem, were confiscated by Shanghai customs officials at Pudong International Airport on March 12. This is the first case of infringement of the Shanghai World Expo trademark this year.
