Five highlights for Chinese IPR work in 2009

In recent years, signal numbers appear almost every year about Chinese patent. As of December 7, 2009, patent grants exceeded 3 million, 3,007,636. In 2009, there were several highlights for Chinese intellectual property right (IPR) work, and the representative ones are as follows: firstly, obvious superiority for IP predominant enterprises; secondly, IPR being strategic; thirdly, IPR pledge as a new financial channel; fourthly, assistance from government finance for PCT international application by enterprises; fifthly, new patent law to facilitate independent innovation.
