Lawsuit of Anti-Piracy Union against Coca-Cola and Youku rejected

On December 15, the lawsuit of Anti-Piracy Union against Coca-Cola and Youku was heard in Beijing Haidian District Court, and the full court rejected all the lawsuit requirements of Voole after three hours' discussion.

On November 26 2009, the Anti-Piracy Union with Sohu and Voole jointly lodged a complaint to Youku and won the lawsuit. Then, one of the prosecutors Voole lodged a complaint to Coca-Cola which is the advertisement user of Youku. Beijing Haidian Court rejected the lawsuit on Deceber 15.

In the first case, Sohu and Voole lodged a complaint to Youku because of copyright infringement, and the case was adjudged on October 26 by Beijing Haidian Court that Youku was ordered to compensate 450,000 yuan for he copyright infringement to Voole.
