Supreme People's Procuratorate to establish IPR information platform

On November18, National Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection in Foreign Capital Commercial Institutions was held in Chongqing and representatives of each governmental department and commission made speeches on the situation of IPR protection in related fields.

Deputy Director of the investigation and supervision department of Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) Yuan Ming indicated that SPP is to impel the establishment of the IPR information sharing platform nationally between administrative departments and criminal judicial departments, so that cases of IPR infringement could be handed over in time.
