On November 16, Wuhan Municipal People's Government in Hubei Province held news conference on Zhouheiya IP protection, Zhouheiya formally declared that the company gained "Zhouheiya" trademark registration certificate issued by the Trademark Bureau of State Administration for industry and commerce.

In recent years, over 70 fake Zhouheiya stores appeared in Wuhan and surrounding cities and citizens can not distinguish genuine Zhouheiya. As the registration application for the trademark hadn't been authorized after several years, Zhouheiya always can not maintain its legal rights and interests through legal ways.

Zhouheiya achieved unified catenation operation within 13 years from a small shop, and opened up more than 100 franchised stores; the sale of its products is hopeful to reach 250 million yuan this year.
