Chinese Vice Premier: Basing HR cooperation on IP protection

On November 7, Zhang Dejiang, Vice Premier of the State Council of PRC participated in and delivered the opening ceremony of 2009 Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) & Shenzhen Forum.
Zhang Dejiang pointed out that, enhancing international HR cooperation is propitious to coping with and conquering global financial crisis, recovering world economy and accelerating the progress of human society; such cooperation will play an important role in advancing S&T innovation, economic development and civilization progress; we should persist in the concept of peace, development, cooperation and win-win to deepen international talent exchange and cooperation on the basis of IP protection and support developing countries from the aspect of talents and intelligence.
