In co-operation with the State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC) and the Office of Harmonisation for the Internal Market (OHIM), IPR2 will hold a series of workshops on the Community Trademark (CTM) and 3-dimensional (3D) trademark systems for Chinese companies who are investing in trademarks and their protection.

The workshops will aim to raise awareness and build the knowledge for Chinese right holders on Europe's CTM and 3D trademark. It will include presentations from SAIC officials and OHIM experts; and will provide the opportunity for feedback from users with experience in the Community trademark and 3-D trade marks systems.
