On the afternoon of October 23, the reporter learnt from the "China's future: workshop on IPR and innovation" that, the book named "China Intellectual Property Judgement Research" will be published recently by People's Court Press.

At the scene of workshop, as a Juris, senior judge and the professional commissioner of Chongqing Municipal Senior People's Court, Sun Hailong made a speech with a topic of "protecting innovation with innovative measures", and he indicated "the essence of IPR is innovation and the achievements of innovation need to be protected with innovative measures".

"IP judicial protection is in the basic status of the system of ‘inspirit creation, effectively application, protect legally and scientific management’ ", introduced by Sun.

Sun also expressed that, strengthening IPR judicial protection is beneficial to the enhancement of independent innovation ability and the construction of innovation-oriented nation; it could)improve investment environment and increase opening standard; and it is propitious to the international trade relationship and international relationship.
