Shanxi: Taiyuan acts against online piracy

2009/10/16

On October 13, Taiyuan began a 3 months’ campaign to fight against online piracy.

The campaign focused on websites of online videos, culture and news, which offered illegal download of movies, literatures, software, photos, news and other works. Related governmental departments will undertake inspects to see if works spread are legally authorized so to keep away piracy from the source.

Besides, Taiyuan Copyright Bureau has also opened a hotline for infringements reporting, which could get through by dialing 4226580.
