The Tencent Content Open Platform (Penguin) has recently launched a massive free stock photo library for creators. After the upgrade, creators can use the articles, pictures and other content purchased from Visual China Group through the Tencent Open Content Platform for free. The platform has added real-time updated hot spot HD pictures and effectively avoided potential picture copyright infringement risks.
