According to the "Administrative Measures", from now on, all qualified peony product operators can apply for the use of the "Luoyang Peony" geographical indication certification mark free of charge.
The "Luoyang Peony" geographical indication certification trademark has recently been approved and registered by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. This is the first national geographical indication certification mark successfully registered with the prefix "Luoyang", marking that Luoyang peony has been recognized at the "national level".
