Shenzhen Procuratorate selects and hires intellectual property expert assistants

It was learned from the Shenzhen Procuratorate on March 30 that the Shenzhen Procuratorate issued an announcement to select 30 to 50 intellectual property expert assistants publicly, and the deadline for registration is April 5. To strengthen judicial protection of intellectual property rights and provide services to guarantee the overall construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Science and Technology Innovation Center and Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone, the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate has specially selected intellectual property experts and assistants to assist in the identification of the technical issues involved in intellectual property rights cases and improve the quality and efficiency of handling cases.
 
The selected intellectual property expert assistants' work content is to use specialized knowledge to conduct technical investigations according to the purpose, content, and requirements of technical investigations and deal with professional technical issues in related fields involved in intellectual property criminal, civil and administrative litigation. Moreover, to provide explanations and professional opinions, issue technical survey opinion book, and participate in pre-trial meetings, hearings, court trials, and other auxiliary case-handling work according to case handling needs.
