The 2021 departmental budget of CNIPA: 12.72 billion yuan! That's about 1.7 percent less than last year

On March 25, 2021, China National Intellectual Property Administration released the China National Intellectual Property Administration's departmental budget for 2021.

The budget shows that the total expenditure in 2021 is expected to reach 12.7233.7645 million yuan. The total expenditure budgeted for 2020 is 12.942.8519 million yuan.
 
In 2021, it is planned to arrange the general public budget of the project "Special Patent Acceptance and Approval Business" of RMB 5.3303719 million, of which the first item is the patent examination fee of RMB 411,003,500. It is mainly used to carry out patent examination and trial work, and complete various examination tasks under the premise of strictly guaranteeing the examination quality and examination cycle.
