Chongqing opens green channel for IPRs pledge loan

2009/09/21

Chongqing opened the green channel for pledging IPRs for loan for the first time, the pilot insists on the regulation of "government direction and market operation", and 50 IP key firms and hundreds of high-tech enterprises who pledge IPRs for loan can use the green channel. the related guarantee company will insure the pledging IPRs and credit standing of the said enterprises, after banks' appraisement, the firms can gain a maximum loan of 10 millions RMB. It is estimated that more than one hundred firms will get financing of 1 billion RMB within two years via the channel.
