Recently, Lanzhou Customs launched the "Longteng 2021" intellectual property customs protection particular action to strengthen the customs protection of intellectual property rights and effectively crackdown on illegal acts of importing and exporting infringing goods.
According to reports, the Special Action will be continued until December 31, 2021, focusing on high-risk infringement products such as clothing, shoes, hats, leather goods, luggage, electronic appliances, toiletries, and hand-made utensils, combined with export goods in the declaration approach and transportation method. We will strengthen the precise supervision of new infringement approaches, new channels, and "port drift" of infringing goods. The Customs will continue to innovate the working mechanism, strengthen the entire chain's supervision, strengthen law enforcement cooperation with relevant local departments and the national customs directly, effectively combat import and export infringements, and further optimize the port business environment.
