In order to thoroughly implement the "Patent Agency Regulations" and strengthen supervision during and after the event, in accordance with the unified requirements of China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office deployed on February 5 to start the submission of the 2020 annual report of Jiangsu Provincial Patent Agency. All provincial patent agencies approved to be established before December 31, 2020, should log in to the CNIPA Patent Agency Management System and submit the 2020 annual report from March 1, 2021, and complete and submit it before March 15.
In order to fully promote the annual report work of patent agencies, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office regards the annual report as an important starting point for streamlining administration, delegating power, combining decentralization, and optimizing services. The annual report submission mechanism will continue to optimize through early planning, early deployment, and early activation.
