In the future, various services in the field of intellectual property trade such as the registration of enterprise technology import and export contracts, intellectual property pledge, intellectual property transfer (purchase), and intellectual property transaction verification will be completed here on the same day. It is reported that the online processing platform for intellectual property trade services in the park was also opened simultaneously.
According to statistics, the park handles about 900 technology import and export contract registrations each year, accounting for nearly half of the total in Suzhou. The establishment of this integration window not only improves the convenience of enterprises, but also promotes the establishment of the "Suzhou Technology Import and Export Data Research Center" in the future.
It is reported that the "Suzhou Technology Import and Export Data Research Center" will analyze the big data of technology import and export contracts, and provide decision-making basis for the park to carry out precise investment promotion, enterprises to carry out key industry patent layout, and to strengthen the shortcomings of industries. In addition, relying on the system innovation advantages of the Suzhou Free Trade Zone, it will explore China's first provincial-level technology trade service platform, intellectual property operation funds, industrial patent pools, cultivation of patent licensing income rights investment and financing markets, and other innovations to further improve the market-oriented allocation system and mechanism of factors empower the industrial development of the park.
