On the afternoon of September 14, the State Council Information Office held a press conference and invited Secretary of CPC Group of Ministry of Culture and Minister Cai Wu to introduce the achievements made in culture in the past sixty years and answer questions from journalists.
When answering AFP journalist on whether the cultural departments can reach expected goal by regulating that all the music to be uploaded must be submitted to the Ministry of Culture for examination and approval and translated into Chinese at the same time, Cai Wu expressed that, these related regulations aim to solve three problems, i.e. further rectifying market actions, protecting IPRs and copyrights and guaranteeing the safety of culture.
Meanwhile, Cai Wu pointed out that, supervising cultural market is one of the main duties of cultural administrations, the goal to supervise market is to boom our market and regulate the order of market in order to form united, open market order with competitiveness.
