Lately, the Hi-tech Service Center of Lanxi Municipal Science and Technology Bureau of Zhejiang province and Hangzhou Zhijiang Patent Firm jointly opened patent electronic application system for patent applicants, which made Lanxi become the first prefectural city that opened patent electronic applications in Jinhua city.

Via patent electronic application system, the applicant can receive the acceptance notice within one day after submitting application materials, one week to one month earlier than usual. The electronic documents of patent applications including invention, utility model and design patents will have the same force adeffect with the applications in paper, which will save more for enterprises and individuals and shorten the acceptance period.

The openness of the patent electronic application in Lanxi indicates that the public service level of Lanxi Municipal Science and Technology Bureau developed into a new stage.
