Zhejiang: Quzhou starts trademark pledge loan

Recently, Quzhou Municipal Industry and Commerce Administration and Quzhou Center Branch of the People's Bank of China together constituted Implementation Opinions on Pledging the Exclusive Rights of Registered Trademark for Loan (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Opinions).
The Implementation Opinions contains 24 items and regulates the situations that are not in line with exclusive right pledge loan, the specific procedures that pledgors apply for trademark exclusive right pledge loan, materials to be submitted, the investigation contents and procedures that the loaner need follow after receiving pledge loan applications, the contents of the contract signed between the pledgor and the loaner, the rights and obligations of the two parties if the pledged objects are changed, transferred or became ineffective.
