It is learnt from the Director's meeting for Liaoning Office of Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal Publications that, Liaoning Province will enter into the third phase of the "Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal Publications" campaign, which will last for 3 months, to fight intensively against infringing pirates, especially pirates for teaching materials and teaching guidance materials.

The time for the campaign specified by the meeting is from the late August to the middle of November, and infringing pirates and illegal publications are the starting objects. The campaign will further reinforce the fight against pirated teaching materials and teaching guidance materials, and will punish pornography publications unremittingly at the same time, focusing on investigations in important cases.

In this third phase of the Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal Publications campaign, publication house, dealers, compiling and approving organs for teaching materials, and colleges, high schools, and elementary schools will be key areas. Law enforcement departments will take actions jointly and frequently in the markets with high standards, and will adopt the system of accountability and fault responsibility to make sure all the work to be perfectly carried out.
