Notice of the NIPA on soliciting public opinions on the Measures for the Administration of Trademark Agency

In order to increase the openness and transparency of legislation and improve the quality of legislation, the National Intellectual Property Administration has published the Draft Measures for the Administration of Trademark Agency (Draft for Comments) and its drafting instructions, soliciting opinions from all sectors of society again. The public can check the draft for comments and its drafting instructions at the Ministry of Justice's Chinese Government Legal Information Website, the official website of the National Intellectual Property Administration or the official WeChat account of the National Intellectual Property Administration. Relevant units and people from all sectors of society may, before October 24, 2020, put forward specific opinions on the Amendment and Improvement of the Draft for comments in four ways.
