Recently, Wuhan Economic Development Zone Management Committee issues the "Opinions on Supporting Construction and Development of the National (Dongfeng Electric Motor Industrial Zone) Trial Base for Patent Industrialization" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"). The Opinions brings forward eight concrete measures to further boost the intellectualization and commercialization of the electronic motor innovations and expedite the industrialization of the industry.

Concrete measures for driving and supporting construction and development of the national (Dongfeng Electric Motor Industrial Zone) trial base (hereinafter referred to as "trial base") for patent industrialization brought forward by the Opinions are:

* take the construction of the trial base as a part of the general development plan for the developing zone;
* offer more investment for the trial base's construction;
* encourage enterprises' independent innovation and intellectual property;
* expedite the construction of supporting infrastructure facilities to the electric motor, and solve the bottleneck occurred during the industrialization process of the electric motor industry.
* attract more investments and introduce in potential electric motor programs;
* issue supporting financial policies;
* improve the efficiency of the functioning departments of the developing zone.

The launching for the Opinions will further establish and consummate the advancing mechanism for the construction of the trial base, and will have positive effects on innovation and industrialization of the innovation, and will also facilitate the construction of a new Wuhan.
