CWWCS will gradually establish a national service network

Deputy Director General of China Written Works Copyright Society (CWWCS) Zhang Hongbo introduced on September 1that, CWWCS has assigned chief representatives for Hebei and Zhejiang provinces, and will gradually establish a national service network.
Zhang said at the press release that the society will assign chief representatives in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Sichuan and other places to service right owners for all kinds of literature works and users such as press agencies, publishers, and web sites.
He noted that, the society has a large number of partners of the same kind, and have predominance in copyright trading overseas.
CWWCS is the only collective management organization for literature copyrights in China, and was initiated by 500 Chinese writers, Chinese Writers Association and other 11 units, and finally set up in October, 2008. The society also manages the right to network dissemination of information, compilation, be paid by legal permit, broadcast, and reproduction.
